Ordered carry out here for 6 while staying in DC. The order was ready on time and was super delicious. The meats were tender, veggies soft yet crisp, and the sauces were tasty. The only hesitation I would have in recommending, and it's as big one, is that it's in a very sketchy neighborhood. Like lots of people loitering and doing drugs on the sidewalk sketchy. That may not bother some, but suburbanites would likely feel uncomfortable. I knocked off a star for that.
Very good inexpensive Chinese food. I got the Hunan Beef and Teriyaki chicken on a stick. The total was just under $20. It is enough food for two meals. Would suggest if you're looking for fast and inexpensive Chinese food.
I eat here too much the women who works here knows my order. I definitely recommend going here. Best take out in DC probably. Locations kinda sketch but the food is worth it.
Love their Mei Fun Singapore. That is what I usually get. My husband and a friend their like Shrimp Egg Foo Young. Portions are good, I can usually make two meals from one order. When I get a large order of stir-fried veggies & rice, I can make four good-sized meals. I also like their hot and sour soup It's a carryout...so zero ambience. Lots of loiterers on that corner also. I only go there during daylight and totally paying attention to everything and everyone around me, without appearing to do so. It appears clean, and the service is good.
The chicken wings are sooooo good! Also loved the lo mein! The service was fast and friendly!
Great food, great service, fair prices. Will be coming back for more! I ordered the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice and an egg roll and a Coke -- total came to ten dollars. Brilliant!
The hot & sour soup is so good here! You could easily pass by this place as a greasy spoon but little did I know that their H&S soup is so good. The signs for general tso's wings were tempting and I may have to try that again.
